Desirée has a background in business with a Bachelor of Commerce degree (BCom) in International Business from the University of Victoria. She has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and has experience working in all sizes and ranges of companies from a start - up venture capital funded medical technology company to a large multi - national corporation. Desirée works with small and medium sized companies to help them implement group benefit plans and use life insurance products for various tax - savings strategies. In addition, she works with business owners to ensure they have the proper coverage in place so that their business can prosper through disability, illness, or the untimely death of a partner.

Kelly has always been passionate about helping people and was set to start the Nursing program at Camosun when she was terribly injured in a life altering car accident. After years of therapy, it took Kelly quite some time to find a career in which she could put her compassion and passion for helping people to use. Kelly has had the unfortunate experience of being personally affected by tragic deaths at a young age. Most recently, her cousin of only 22yrs of age was killed while at work on his fishing boat and died instantly. She was able to personally witness the effects of how life insurance was able to help her family. Since overcoming these events, Kelly has been dedicated to educating families about the importance of insurance and helping them protect their financial well-being in the event of disability, illness, or death.
